There are several ways you can register to vote:
Call. You can phone for an application by calling the Horry County Voter Registration office at (843) 915-5440 .
Online. You can go to the South Carolina Election Commission’s Web site and fill out an online form to get an application by mail.
License. You can register at any Driver’s License office in the state.
